WHY YOU SHOULD CONSIDER FINANCING YOUR HVAC PROJECT WITH US

March 13, 2020

Thank you for coming back to the Legacy Heating And Air Conditioning Services blog, we’re happy to have you! Today, we’re going to be talking about a solution that we have in place to help people manage their HVAC repairs, replacements, and installations when financial assistance is needed.

That’s why we offer financing options that could help you manage a difficult or sudden HVAC complication. Keep reading to learn more.

MANAGING MAJOR HVAC SERVICES

Whether disaster strikes and you need to repair or to replace an HVAC system, or you need a budgeting solution to get the proper HVAC system installed into a new build or remodel, financing with Legacy HVAC Services could provide what you need. The costs of an HVAC replacement can be overwhelming, especially when a major overhaul is needed unexpectedly. By financing the HVAC work you do with us, you could create a payment plan to receive the money you need for your upcoming project. Whether it’s a major loan or another line of credit to get that HVAC system that’s just out of your reach, we can help.

More Flexibility In Your Budget

There are so many scenarios where you could benefit from financing rather than paying for an HVAC service in full. For one, it can make a fix or upgrade you can’t afford possible. What’s more, it can free up your funds if you have other home improvements you need to take care of, you need an unforeseen fix during a remodel, or you simply need money on hand for other expenses in your budget.

This isn’t to say that financing is for everyone, but it’s definitely worth your while to discuss your HVAC needs with us and the current standing of your financial situation. We will give you our honest, reliable opinions as to what financing options we think you’d benefit from and ensure that you have everything you need to get the process started.

Our Financing Options

At Legacy Heating And Air Conditioning Services, we’re happy to offer a variety of financing options for you to take advantage of. We love the communities we serve, and we aim to provide our neighbors with HVAC services that a) give them what they need, and b) are accessible, no matter your circumstances.

We offer two main options in terms of financing, those being through Wells Fargo with a credit card and FTL Finance with a loan. Let’s look into each respective option.

Wells Fargo Credit

The first financing option we offer is a credit card through Wells Fargo. This line of credit is specifically for home improvement projects, and accrues no interest if the purchase you made is paid off in full by the time that your personal promotional period ends. This means that you can make the purchases you need to complete your HVAC projects, and then pay off the projects with manageable monthly payments. We enjoy this financing option for those people who need a little more wiggle room in their project’s budget. Plus, Wells Fargo provides an intuitive, easy-to-use interface that allows you to manage your credit and make your payments. Furthermore, this option provides you with a line of credit you can continue to use in the future.

*It should be noted that if the credit is not paid-in-full within the agreed-upon promotional period, a 28.99% APR interest will begin to accrue on your account. However, if this financing option is cohesive with your financial situation, you will be able to pay off the credit over the course of your monthly payments or via a one-lump-sum payment prior to the final date of your promotional period.

FTL Finance Loans

FTL Finance’s loans can be a great financing option for those who don’t believe the Wells Fargo credit line is the right choice for them. These loans are case-specific and directly intended for the HVAC services we offer. You can finance projects costing as low as $300 and as high as $35,000 dollars, making this a great option for nearly any HVAC service you need more financial flexibility to complete.

Essentially, after getting an estimate from us on an HVAC service, you can apply for a loan through FTL Finance, and the amount of money you are loaned with, be based on what you need, if you own the property, and some other factors in relation to the homeowners who are doing a project. You submit a request, and then the process begins and you’ll either be approved or denied for a loan.
