   Called Legacy in the morning and a technician was scheduled for the very same afternoon. Got a text and phone call when the technician was on his way. What I appreciated the most is that Jack was honest, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Jack explained the problem to both of us and didn't take him very long to find the issue. Highly recommend and we signed up for the bi-yearly maintenance service program.
