    When is the best time to call to confirm an appointment?
    ∙ It is agreed that this policy covers only electronic components inside the equipment and does not cover electrical or plumbing work outside the unit. Work is not covered due to negligence, misuse, fire, flood, acts of God, sabotage, freezing, or circumstances beyond our control, including electrical storms.

    ∙ Legacy reserves the right to refuse service due to unsatisfactory equipment. This equipment must be brought up to good working order before a contract can ensue.

    ∙ Maintenance shall take place during normal working hours. M-F 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

    ∙ Legacy shall make the determination to repair or replace parts. If equipment is repairable, a price will be given to replace said equipment.

    Unnecessary or nuisance calls beyond the scope of this contract will be charged to homeowner at normal rates. Ex. dirty filters, disconnects, and negligent drain line maintenance, etc.

    ∙ Drain line stoppages are warrantied for no more than 10 days of original call.
